In 2011, Jerome Coskey started a driving school. Not to build an empire. To build a future for his son, James.
James lived for 346 days. Eleven months. And then he was gone.
Jerome chose to keep going. Not out of habit. Out of purpose. Every student who comes through Coskeys carries a piece of that story. They get trained properly, tested properly, and sent onto the road with the discipline and mindset to come home safely every single time.
In 15 years, a life that lasted 346 days has touched more than 11 000 students across Pretoria.
That is why we do not cut corners. That is why we do not rush students. That is the 346 Legacy.
Meet the Team
Jerome Coskey
OWNER | INSTRUCTOR | MODERATOR
Jerome founded Coskeys in 2011. His background in the driving and traffic industry is built on a 30-year family foundation. He holds a Moderator’s Certificate and has personally trained hundreds of students to a first-time pass. He brings discipline, patience, and a deep sense of purpose to every lesson he teaches.

Brenda Coskey
OFFICE MANAGER
Brenda runs every booking, invoice, and admin process at Coskeys. She is the first person you speak to and the reason everything runs on time. Students consistently name her as a reason they felt supported from first enquiry all the way to test day.

How We Work
Pay Per Lesson
No upfront packages. You pay per lesson. Your instructor is never incentivised to slow your progress.
Progress Assessed Every Session
Every lesson includes a detailed assessment and feedback. You always know exactly where you stand and what to work on next.
We Go to the Test With You
We handle the booking, scout the route, revise parking with you, and take you to the test. You are never on your own on test day.
