Terms and conditions:

1. You hereby allow Coskeys Driving School (here after referred to as CDS) and it's employees only to use your information to find a booking for the summited request and to contact you with the details provided.

2. You agree to pay a fee of R100 once a booking is found that is in the boundaries and specifications of the information submitted in this form.

3. Should you not be able to honor your booking and require our assistance to find another, you agree to again pay the fee of R100 on successful booking.

4. Due to the nature of the Natis system we can never guarantee that we will find you a slot per your requirement and therefore ask that no payment is made until we have contacted you with a suitable date.

5. You agree that no payment is required beforehand. Should you make any payment before hand and we can not secure you a date according to your requirements no refund will be made and you can use the credit for any of our other services.

6. CDS can not be held accountable or liable for Drivers License Testing Centers that are offline, or any other technical issues that could arise on the day of your appointment.
